Terms of service

Practice service

UniIELTS provides practice tests and estimated feedback. It is not affiliated with, approved by, or a substitute for an official IELTS test provider. Scores, including AI-generated bands, are estimates and are not official results.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and use the service lawfully. You may not share paid access, scrape test content, interfere with the platform, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

Purchases

Package duration and mock-test access are shown before checkout. Plans do not renew automatically unless the checkout page explicitly says otherwise. The operator must publish the final refund, cancellation, and consumer-rights policy before accepting live payments.

Availability and evaluation

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. AI evaluation may be delayed or unavailable when a provider fails; eligible submissions can be reviewed manually by authorised staff.

Acceptable content

Do not include sensitive personal data in essays, recordings, or support messages. You retain responsibility for the content you submit and grant the service permission to process it solely to deliver, secure, and improve your test experience.

Important operator step

Before launch, the operator must add the contracting business identity, governing law, liability terms, refund rules, and legally required consumer notices. These starter terms are operational guidance, not legal advice.
